1. Introduction
1.1 These terms and conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between UGC Gambling ("Agency," "we," or "us") and the User Generated Content creator ("Creator," "you," or "your").

1.2 By accepting these terms, you agree to comply with the guidelines set forth in this Agreement when creating and submitting User Generated Content related to gambling.
2. Content Creation Guidelines
2.1 The Creator agrees to produce high-quality, original, and engaging content related to gambling, adhering to all relevant laws and regulations.

2.2 The content should not promote illegal gambling activities, underage gambling, or any other activities that violate applicable laws.

2.3 The Creator is responsible for ensuring that all content complies with the policies of relevant platforms where the content will be shared.
3. Intellectual Property
3.1 The Creator grants the Agency a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and distribute the content for promotional and marketing purposes.

3.2 The Creator warrants that they have the right to grant the license mentioned in 3.1 and that the content does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.
4. Compensation
4.1 The Agency agrees to compensate the Creator as per the agreed-upon terms outlined in a separate agreement.

4.2 The Creator acknowledges that compensation may be contingent on the quality and performance of the content.
5. Confidentiality
5.1 Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during the course of this relationship.

5.2 The Creator shall not disclose any confidential information, including but not limited to, campaign details, compensation terms, and proprietary information of the Agency.
6. Termination
6.1 Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term of this Agreement.
6.2 Upon termination, the Creator shall cease using the Agency's intellectual property and return or destroy any confidential information.
7. Governing Law
7.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction].
8. Miscellaneous
8.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements.
